Bread 1 packet
Onion finely chopped 2 medium
Green chilli 3-4 finely chopped
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Turmeric powder 1 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
- Put all breads in Mixer and make crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds add curry leaves , green chilli and ginger. Saute for few minutes.
- Add chopped onions fry till onion turn transparent, add turmeric powder saute few second add bread crumbs and salt mix well cook 5-10 minutes so that all ingredients mix together .
- Add coriander leave and serve hot
