SHAHI FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients:

·         Apples  1 cut into small pieces        
·         Bananas 1 cut into pieces
·         Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
·         Milk 2 tbsp
·         Condensed Milk 1/2 cup
·         Almonds
·         Pistas nut    

Method :

  


1.    Chop the fruits and nuts
2.    Mix with the condensed milk and milk.
3.    Chill for a few hours.

4.    Arrange in serving bowl and enjoy.

SWEET SPROUT AND MIX FRUIT SALAD



Ingredients:


  • Sprouts 50 gm
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Custard powder 4 tbsp
  • Pomegranate, Apple, Banana, Chickoo  1 cup
  • Honey for sweetness
Ingredients for Salty and tangy sprouts and mix fruit salad


  • Sprouts 50 gm
  • Mixed fruits 50-100 gm
  • Tomato sauce
  • Tamarind sauce

Method :






1.    Take a wide bowl and mix all the ingredients given above.
2.    Add Milk, custard powder and honey.
3.    Mix well and serve!!

KACHUMBAR SALAD

Ingredients:

Onion - 1
Carrot - 1
Tomatoes - 2
Cucumber - 1 small
Green Chilly - 1
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Lemon - 2 small
Salt to taste
Method:

  • Wash, scrape and cut the vegetables into small pieces.
  • Add the salt,squeeze the lemon juice.
  • Add the cut green chilly.
  • Garnish with cut pieces of coriander leaves.
  • Mix everything nicely. Chill and serve.

TOSSED GRATED SALAD

Ingedients

Carrots  4
Cucumber Big 1
Radishes 4
Beetroot Boiled 1
Lemons 1 1/2
Green chiilies chopped 2-3
Coriander leaves
Sugar Powdered 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste

Method

  • Wash, remove skin and grate all the vegetables.
  • Squeeze the juice of the lemons
  • Put the vegetables in a bowl, add lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well, decorate with chopped green chillies and Coriander leaves and serve chilled.

CABBAGE SALAD

Ingredients

Cabbage medium 1/2
Carrot medium 1 ( cut into small pieces)
Green chilli  2  (chopped)
Coriander leaves
Chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Lemon 1
Refined Oil 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste

Method

  • Wash and finely chop the cabbage into a salad bowl.
  • Add the tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  • Add salt and pepper, chilli powder and the juice of a lemon. Mix thoroughly.
  • Heat oil in a pan add the mustard seeds, splutter it then mix into the salad.
