ADAI DOSA


Adai (Dal Dosa) Recipe





Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Channa Dal
• 1 Cup Tuvar Dal
• ¼ Cup Urad Dal
• ¼ Cup Moong Dal
• ¼ Cup Rice
• ½ Cup Grated Coconut
• 2 Green Chilies
• 4 Red Chilies
• 1" Ginger
• Salt to Taste
• ½ Cup Chopped Coriander
• 8 Curry Leaves
• Oil 

 
Method:
• Soak daals together and rice separately for 2 hours.
• Grind rice, chillies, curry leaves and ginger together.
• Add daals and grind again.
• Add salt, coriander and coconut and mix well.
Heat a griddle and pour some batter and spread in a circular motion.
• Spread one spoon of oil around the dosa and cook both sides.
