Grated Coconut 1
Condense Milk 1/4 cup
1/2 tsp Green cardamom powder
Raisins to decorate

  • In a mixer grind the coconut to coarsely without water.
  •  Heat a wok add coarsely grinned coconut stir fry on high flame.
  • Mix condense milk stir well.
  • When the mixture dries a little mix green cardamom powder. Keep stirring continously.
  • When it start to leave  side of the wok, take off from heat. Let it cool a little.
  • Roll in to smooth balls.
  • Decorate each with a raisins.
