GAJAR KA HALWA

Ingredients

1 kg Grated Carrot
1 Liter milk
1/2 tin condense milk
1 tbsp  chopped cashew nut
1 tbsp raisin
2 tbsp ghee

Method

  • Heat a wok add grated carrot fry till it tender.
     


  •  now add milk and bring to boil. 
    


  • Cook on low flame, stirring occasionally, till milk dries up.
  •  Add the condense milk and continue cooking on low flame stir continuously till it dries up.
  • Add ghee and cook for 10-15 minutes. 
   


  • Garnish with cashew nut and raisin serve hot.
