500 gm Pumpkin
3 tsp Pumpkin seeds
100 gm coriander leaves
10 gm Mint Leaves
2 Tbsp salted peanut
1/2 Lemon
6-8 cloves Garlic
Pinch of Hing
1 tsp Mustard seeds


  •  Heat  a vessel put 3tbsp oil add pinch of Hing, Mustard seed as it start splutter add pumpkin seed cover with lid  and make it crisp.
  • Add Pumpkin cover with lid and cook 15 minutes.
  • In a grinder add coriander leaves, mint leaves, salted peanut, peel of pumpkin, salt, garlic and water make a smooth paste.
  • Add this paste in to cooked pumpkin and mix well immediate remove from heat.
  • Serve with naan or Roti.
