Ingredients :

2 Tender coconut
1 tbsp Sugar
2 pinches salt
1/2 cup finely chopped pineapple
1 cup crushed ice
small pieces of coconut malai( for garnishing)

Method :

  • Keep separate coconut malai and water.
  • Combine the malai , sugar and salt and blend  in a mixer. So you get a froth.
  • Pour into 4 individual glasses add 1/4 cup of crushed ice in each glass and  top with small pieces of coconut malai.
  • Serve immediately.
