2 Tender coconut
1 tbsp Sugar
2 pinches salt
1/2 cup finely chopped pineapple
1 cup crushed ice
small pieces of coconut malai( for garnishing)
- Keep separate coconut malai and water.
- Combine the malai , sugar and salt and blend in a mixer. So you get a froth.
- Pour into 4 individual glasses add 1/4 cup of crushed ice in each glass and top with small pieces of coconut malai.
- Serve immediately.
