250 gm Chicken Keema
1 large Onion finely chopped
2-3 Green Chillies finely chopped
Coriander leaves chopped
1 cup Bread crumbs
2 tsp Ararot powder 
2 pinch Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Amchur( dry mango) Powder)
1 Tomato slices ( to decorate)


  • Boil the Chicken keema with 2 cup of water, salt and turmeric for 10-15 minutes.

  • Now strain it in a bowl and keep aside.

  •  Add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, amchur powder, red chilli powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.

  • Now add boil chicken keema, ararot powder, and bread crumb. Mix well.

  • Now take 2 tbsp of this mixture in your palm and make a cutlet shape and keep aside in a plate.

  •  Heat oil in a non stick pan or a wok put this cutlet in it and shallow fry till it turns golden brown.

  •  Remove from pan or wok and keep in kitchen absorbent paper.  Garnish with Tomato slice and Serve with Sauce/ Chutney.
