Tasty and healthy paratha good for breakfast


1/2 cup Wheatflour
1/2 cup Besan
1/2 Jawar flour
1 big onion chopped
1 bunch of Palak( spinach)
1 tsp Jeera( cumin seed)
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Oil to fry


  • Wash spinach, cut it & roughly grind it from grinder. 
  • In a bowl, mix all flours(wheat, basan & jawar),add chopped onion, salt, cumin seeds, turmeric & chilly powder.  Finally by adding spinach make a dough of the mixture. 
  •   Make 7-8 balls of the dough & roll it.make a hole at centre of paratha so as it can cook    well.
  • On a hot Tawa put the paratha & fry it by applying oil  on it ,like regular paratha. Do the same for all paratha.
  • Serve it with Pickle or curd.
