1/2 kg Bhindi
2 tbsp Besan
1 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Jeera powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Lime juice
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Oil to fry
Salt as per taste


  • Mix Dhania powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder, garam masala, salt,turmeric powder, lemon juice and besan in bowl.
  • Wash bhindi properly and dry it on kitchen towel.
  • Slit bhindi length wise. Fill each of bhindi with the masala prepared in above step.
  • Put oil in a frying pan palce the bhindi on it and shallow fry them.
  • Remove in a serving plate.
