AVAL NANACHATHU



Ingredients

Aval (Poha) - 2 cups
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Jaggery(Sharkkara)  - 1/2 cup
Salt - a pinch
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp 
Coconut water or plain water - to mix the aval
Method


  • Mix the aval with Jaggery adding water or coconut water  according to your choice.
  •  Mix well. Add cardamom powder and mix thoroughly.
  •  Keep aside for half an hour.Then serve.
