Milk 1 litre
Curd 3 tbsp
- Heat 1 Liter of milk. When it begins to boil, add lemon juice.
- If you want to make softer cheese, add 2-3 tbsp of curd to the boiling milk along with the lemon juice.
- Remove from heat when cheese separates from the whey.
- Put the cheese in a muslin cloth and hang it up for about half an hour, so that all the whey comes out.
- Put it on a chopping board and keep some weight on it.
- When it sets, cut into small cubes or pieces, as desired.
