1/2 cup Poha( washed and drained)
1/2 Potato( boiled, peeled and mashed)
2 green chillies finely chopped
A handful of roasted peanuts( coarsely grounded)
1/4 tsp Amchur powder ( dry mango)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 sliced bread ( soaked in water for a minutes and then drained)
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method :

  • Mix the poha, peanuts powder, chopped chillies, mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder , garam masala and bread slices to form a dough.
  • Roll the dough into balls and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with any chutney or Sauce.
