1 cup Rava( semolina)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
5-6 tbsp milk
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
1 medium Onion finely chopped
Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method : 

  • Soak Rava in milk for 10 minutes.
  • Mix all ingredients, including rava.
  • Heat oil in non-stick pan. Put one table spoon of the rava batter into pan for each pakora. Fry until golden brown.
  • Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot with any tangy, spicy chutney.
