ALLEPPY FISH CURRY

Ingredients



Fish
250 gm
Coconut oil
50 gm
Mustard seeds and fenugreek
1/2 tsp
Coconut
1/2
Row mango
1 small
Tomato
1 small
Chilly powder
1 tsp
Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
1 spring
Salt
As per taste
 

Method 
   


  • Make paste with coconut, chilly powder, turmeric powder and 1/2 of a raw mango and tomato.
  • Wash the fish and marinate with salt and  turmeric powder.
  • Add little water in the coconut mixture and boil it along with the fish.
  • Put remaining raw mango slices, salt and half of curry leaves.Cook for 15 min.Check the salt.
  • Heat little coconut oil and put remaining curry leaves and temper it with the fish.
