300 gm Brinjal
1 tsp Haldi powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
2 cups Besan
Oil for frying

Method
- Cut the brinjals into very thin long pieces. The pieces should be very thin.
- Sprinkle salt and haldi powder and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Drain out all the water. Mix enough water in the besan to form a thick dough.
- Add salt to taste. Heat enough oil for deep frying.
- Dip each piece of brinjal in the besan batter and deep fry in hot oil, till crispy and golden brown.
- serve with ketchup.
