Ingredients
Bombino Fried Vermicelli 1 packet
2 Carrot diced
1 Potato diced
Peas 1/4 cup
1 Capsicum Cubed
1 medium onion chopped
2-3 Green chilli chopped
1" ginger chopped
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Turmeric 1 tsp (Optional)
Oil
Method
NOTE- Remember water should not be exceeded .Bombino Fried Vermicelli 1 packet

Method
- Heat a wok add oil splutter the mustard seeds, add green chilli, curry leaves, ginger saute for few minutes.
- Add chopped onion fry 4-5 minutes, mix all vegetables ( carrot, capsicum, potato and peas) cook till vegetables half done.
- Add salt and Bombino Vermicelli saute for 2-4 minutes now add 1 cup of water. Let it simmer till all water evaporate or cooked completely.
