BAIGAN KA PAKODA

Ingredients

300 gm Brinjal
1 tsp Haldi powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
2 cups Besan
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method
 
  1. Cut the brinjals into very thin long pieces. The pieces should be very thin.
  2. Sprinkle salt and haldi powder and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain out all the water. Mix enough water in the besan to form a thick dough.
  4. Add salt to taste. Heat enough oil for deep frying.
  5. Dip each piece of brinjal in the besan batter and deep fry in hot oil, till crispy and golden brown.
  6. serve with ketchup.
