1/2 Tsp Garlic paste
1/2 Tsp Ginger paste
Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
1 Tsp black salt
1/2 Tsp garam masala powder
2 Tbsp thick curd
1/2 Tsp Amchur( dry mango) powder
1/4 Tsp Chat masala
1 Tsp Olive oil
Pinch of Tandoori color
Vegetables( Onion, Potao, Paneer, Tomato, Capsicum,)


  • Mix all the ingredients (except vegetables) in a bowl .
  • Now add cubed shaped cut vegetables in this paste and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Pre heat the Oven on 250 degree  centigrade temperature.
  • Put all vegetable in a tandoori stick and grill for 10-12 minutes.
