Boiled Potatoes –      2 (peeled and mashed)
Green Chillies –         2 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves –     2 tbsp (chopped)
Red Chilli Powder –    ½ tsp
Coriander Powder –    ½ tsp
Garam Masala –         ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder –        1/3 tsp 
Amchur Powder –        ¾ tsp
Bread Slices –             6-8
Cumin Seeds –             ½ tsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste – ½ tsp
Oil –

For Batter :
Gram Flour –                 1 ½ cup
Red Chilli Powder –        ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – to deep fry


(1)  For Batter –
In a bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder and mix it. Now add water to make a thick and smooth paste.

(2)  For Stuffing -
Heat a pan and add cumin seeds. Allow them to crackle. 
Now add ginger & garlic paste, green chillies, turmeric powder, mashed potatoes, garam masala, coriander powder, amchur powder, salt, red chilli powder and cilantro. Mix well and cook it for 2-3 mins.

(3)  For Bread Pakora –
Heat oil in a kadhai. Spread a portion of potato mixture on a bread slice and cover it with the another bread slice and press gently.
Divide it into two portions (triangles) with the help of a knife. Now dip it into the batter and deep fry it till it turns golden brown.
