Boiled Corn :            2 cup
Besan :                    3 tbsp
Rice flour :                1 tbsp
Ginger :                    1 inch piece grated
Garlic Cloves :           3 finely chopped
Green Chillies :          2 finely chopped
Garam Masala :         1 tsp
Turmeric Powder :      1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder :     1/2 tsp
black salt:                  1 tsp 
Hing :                         1 Pinch
White pepper powder:  1/2 tsp
Handful of chopped coriander leaves            
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

  •  Mix boil corn, Besan, rice flour, coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, white pepper powder, black salt, turmeric powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, hing and ginger in a bowl, add sufficient water to make a thick batter.
  • Heat sufficient oil in a wok and drop a few spoonfuls of the batter and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with green chutney.
