Rice  powder 1 1/2 cup
Coconut   1/2 greated
Onion     sliced 2
Green chilly 4 chopped
Cumin seeds  ( Jeera)1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying


  • In a bowl mix rice powder, grated coconut, cumin seeds, onion and salt. 
  • Add water little by little and knead well to make soft dough. 
  • Shape dough into small balls and roll out like small vada. 
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it. Serve it hot.
