Milk 1 Litre
Rice 2-3 tbsp ( Tukda rice)
Sugar 3/4 cup
Raisins and chopped Almonds 3-4 tbsp
Green Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Clean and soak the rice for half an hour. Drain and keep aside.
- Boil the milk and add the darined rice to it.
- Cook on low flame until it becomes thick.
- Add sugar, raisins and almonds.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
- Kheer can be serve either hot or cold as desired.
- While serving, add ground cardamoms.
