Ingredients :

1/2 kg cooked mutton
2 tbsp yogurt ( mix with ginger, garlic paste and leave for 3-4 hours)
1/2 cup onion grated
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
2 tbsp oil

Dry roast separately and Grind

75 gm of dry grated coconut
1/4" cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp star anise ( chakra phool)
1/4 tsp broken up mace ( Javitri)
2-3 kashmiri chillies

Method :

  • Heat oil and add the onion and stir fry till light brown.
  • Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute further.
  • Add the grind masala, saute till well mixed and add the cooked mutton and yogurt.
  • Bring to boil, lower the heat and simmer 3-4 minutes and serve.
