Ingredients :

Wheat 1 cup
Rava  2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
2 green chilli finely chopped
Corainder leaves finely chopped
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 big onion chopped
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste

Method :

  • Sieve the wheat flour and rava together and keep in a bowl.
  • Add copped onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilii powder, garam masala and lemon juice into flour. 
  • Make a thin paste of it with the help of water.
  • Heat the tawa pour one ladle paste and make a dosa. Cook till brown.
  • Serve with desire chutney.
