GINGER COFFEE

Ingredients :-

    Sugar/ Rock candy  - 3 tblspn
    Peppercorns – 1/4 tsp.
    Dry Ginger Powder / Chukku Podi- 1/2 tsp.
    Coffee powder – 1 tsp
    Water – 2 cups.

 
Method :-

    



  •     Add water in a sauce pan, then add  rock candy, then add water, pepper powder,  dry ginger powder and coffee powder. Mix well and allow it to boil. Then simmer this for 2  to 3 mins.
  •     Now strain this and discard the solids.
  •     Pour into glass. Serve hot.

Note- It's very useful remedy for cough.
