Sugar/ Rock candy - 3 tblspn
Peppercorns – 1/4 tsp.Dry Ginger Powder / Chukku Podi- 1/2 tsp.
Coffee powder – 1 tsp
Water – 2 cups.
- Add water in a sauce pan, then add rock candy, then add water, pepper powder, dry ginger powder and coffee powder. Mix well and allow it to boil. Then simmer this for 2 to 3 mins.
- Now strain this and discard the solids.
- Pour into glass. Serve hot.
Note- It's very useful remedy for cough.
