1/2 Grated coconut
Green chillies 2-3
Ginger 1"
Small Onion 2 sliced
For Tempering
1 Tsp Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Dry red chillies cut into 2-3 pieces
Oil
Method
- Grind together Grated coconut, green chillies, ginger, onion with little water to a smooth paste in a mixer.
- Heat a wok add oil, mustard seeds when it start splutter add dry red chillies and curry leaves.
- Pour into coconut chutney.
- Serve with Idali or dosa.
