Ingredients
Grated Coconut 1
Condense Milk 1/4 cup
1/2 tsp Green cardamom powder
Raisins to decorate
Method
- In a mixer grind the coconut to coarsely without water.
- Heat a wok add coarsely grinned coconut stir fry on high flame.
- Mix condense milk stir well.
- When the mixture dries a little mix green cardamom powder. Keep stirring continously.
- When it start to leave side of the wok, take off from heat. Let it cool a little.
- Roll in to smooth balls.
- Decorate each with a raisins.
