Ingredients
Pomfret 1
Small Onions (Shallots) 3-4
Red Chilli powder 2 tsp
Lemon Juice 2tsp
Salt as per taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Banana Leaf 1
Method
1.Clean the Pomfret
& marinate it with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste& salt
2.Make a coarse paste of small onion, red chilly, & curry leaves.
3.Apply this masala on both sides of the fish & wrap it in a banana leaf.Grill it on the tawa till done & serve hot with onion rings & lemon wedges.
