SARSO KA SAAG



Ingredients
500 gm Sarso ka saag
200 gm Palak
200 gm Bathua ka saag
3 cloves Garlic
1" ginger
2 green chilli
1 Tbsp Makke ka aata
1 pinch sugar
2 Tbsp ghee
Pinch of Hing
2 Medium onion chopped
3 Medium tomato chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per taste

Method
  • Chop sarso kassag, Palak, and Bathua ka saag.
  • In a pressure cooker add copped trio saag, garlic, ginger and green chilli paste and cook it for 2-3 whistle.
  • After evaporate add makke ( corn) ka aata and mix well and keep aside.
  • Heat a kadahi add ghee put hing and then choped onion saute till it get brown.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder and tomato cook till oil comes top, mix cooked saag, simmer 5-10 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tsp ghee add red chilli powder and pour it on saag. 
  • Serve best with Makke ki roti.
