Ingredients
1 cup masoor dal
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs 3-4 slices
1/2 cup mix veg chopped( Capsicum, Onion, carrot....)
Method
1 cup masoor dal
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs 3-4 slices
1/2 cup mix veg chopped( Capsicum, Onion, carrot....)
Method
- Soak the dal in water for 3-4 hours.
- Now grind dal along with garlic and ginger.
- Add all the ingredients into it and mix well. Make a desire shape.
- Roll them in bread crumbs and deep fry.
- Serve with green chutney.
