Ingredients
1 Tsp Ginger paste
1 Tsp garlic paste
1 Tsp green chilly paste
Salt to taste
3/4 cup green dhania
1/4 cup Pudina ( Mint leaves)
2 tbsp thick Curd
1 tsp Amchur powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
Cubed vegetables( Potato, Capsicum, Paneer, Onion, Apple etc....)
Method
- Make a fine paste of Coriander leaves, Mint leaves and lemon juice.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then marinate all vegetables for 30 minutes.
- Pre heat the Ovan on 250Ċ and then grill the vegatables for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with roasted or Masala Papad.
