LAUKI / DUDHI KE PAKORE

Ingredients


1 mid size Lauki / Dudhi
1 cup gram flour
2 tsp rice flour
1 onions
3-4 cloves of garlic
Green chilies 3
Coriander leaves
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method


  • Wash, peel and grate the bottle gourd ( Lauki / dudhi), and keep in a wide vessel 
  • Mince one onion, garlic, green chili and coriander leaves. 
  • Mix the above, along with the gram flour and rice flour to grated Lauki / Dudhi. 
  • Add salt to taste. Mix it well to prepare a dough. 
  • The batter should not be too watery or thick. 
  • Carefully, deep fry on medium flame till golden brown. 
  • Serve hot with Ketchup.
