Chicken kheema             250 gm
Oil                                     2 tbsp
Chopped Onion              2 Medium
Curd                                 2 tbsp
Cashew paste                 2tbsp
Egg                                   2
Ginger Garlic paste         1tbsp
Turmeric powder             1 tsp
Coriander powder          1tbsp
Red chilly powder           1tbsp
Garam masala                1 pinch
Tomato ( puree)               2 medium
Salt                                   To taste
Coriander leaves             2tbsp


  • Gently fry the onion till golden brown.
  • Add ginger- garlic paste, tomato puree, and curd cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garam masala powder and cashew paste mix well.
  • Add chicken kheema and cook for 10-12 minutes in slow flame.
  • Finally add egg and salt and mix it togather.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve with chapati/ Bread slice/ Pav.
