Bhel is a tasty, tangy snack - a quick mix of crispy fried noodles and
fresh vegetables tossed in combination of tangy sauces. It's easy to
prepare and really yummy!
Ingredients
250 gm Fried Noodles ( Easily available in Super market)
1 cup shredded Cabbage ( Cuts into thin long strips)
1 cup julienned
carrot
1/4 cup thin sliced capsicum( Red, green or yellow)
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onion
1 chopped green chilli( optional)
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup Schezwan
sauce
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method :
- Heat oil in a non stick pan add little oil and saute all vegetable except spring onion,for few minutes.
- Now add salt, Schezwan sauce and Tomato ketch up and fried noodles in it and toss well till the noodles are coated with the sauces evenly.
- Transfer
this mixture into individual plates and serve immediately garnished with spring onion greens.
