CHANA DAL VADAS

Ingredients

 250 gm  Chana dal
4-5        Onions chopped
5-6        Green chillies chopped
Oil         For frying
Salt        To taste

Method
 

  • Soak the chana dal overnight. Grind it into a stiff paste.
  • Add salt, chopped onions and green chillies.
  • Make 10-12 balls and flatten them with the palm.
  • Heat oil and deep fry vadas on a low fire.
  • Serve with Chutney or sauce.
