250 gm Chana dal
4-5 Onions chopped
5-6 Green chillies chopped
Oil For frying
Salt To taste
- Soak the chana dal overnight. Grind it into a stiff paste.
- Add salt, chopped onions and green chillies.
- Make 10-12 balls and flatten them with the palm.
- Heat oil and deep fry vadas on a low fire.
- Serve with Chutney or sauce.
