 Ingredients :

250 gm Bhindi ( Lady finger)
2-3 green chilly finely chopped
3-5 garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt as per taste
1/2 cup curd ( well beaten)
1 tsp jeera
2-4 curry leaves
Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing

Method :

  • Cut the bhindi in small round shape then deep fry it and keep aside.
  • Heat the pan put 2-3 tsp oil ad jeera, chopped garlic, green chilly and curry leaves saute till it turn brown.
  • Add salt, turmeric and fried bhindi in it saute for few minutes.
  • Add well beaten curd mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander.
  • Serve with chapati.
