Ingredients
1 kg Grated Carrot
1 Liter milk
1/2 tin condense milk
1 tbsp chopped cashew nut
1 tbsp raisin
2 tbsp ghee
Method
- Heat a wok add grated carrot fry till it tender.
- now add milk and bring to boil.
- Cook on low flame, stirring occasionally, till milk dries up.
- Add the condense milk and continue cooking on low flame stir continuously till it dries up.
- Add ghee and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with cashew nut and raisin serve hot.
