RAW MANGO CHUTNEY


Ingredients

Raw Mango 1 medium size
Grated coconut half
Dry Red Chilli 2-3
Ginger 1"
curry leaves 
Salt



Method

  • Heat a pan and dry roast the red chilli just to warm up and keep aside.
  • Now rest of all ingredients except salt in the same pan and dry roast for 2-3 minutes.
  • Put all the ingredients, salt and a little water in mixer and grind to a smooth paste or till all the ingredients well ground and combined.
  • Mango Chatani is ready serve with Steamed Rice.
