Ingredients
Rice - 1 cup
Moong dal - 1/2 cup
French beans chopped 4-5
Cauliflower florets 1/2 cup
Carrot chopped1/2 cup
Peas 1/2 cup
2 tbsp ghee
Hing a pinch
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Salt
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Method

Wash rice and dal together.

Heat the ghee in a vessel
and mix cumin seeds and hing, when the seeds crackle add
vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
· Add rice and dal and turmeric powder
and continue to stir fry for 2 minutes.
·
Mix 4 cup of boiling water
and salt.
·
Cover and cook on low heat
up till done.
·
Serve with pure ghee.
