Ingredients
250 gm Chicken Keema
1 large Onion finely chopped
2-3 Green Chillies finely chopped
Coriander leaves chopped
1 cup Bread crumbs
2 tsp Ararot powder
2 pinch Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Amchur( dry mango) Powder)
Salt
1 Tomato slices ( to decorate)
Method
250 gm Chicken Keema

Method
- Boil the Chicken keema with 2 cup of water, salt and turmeric for 10-15 minutes.
- Now strain it in a bowl and keep aside.
- Add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, amchur powder, red chilli powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
- Now add boil chicken keema, ararot powder, and bread crumb. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan or a wok put this cutlet in it and shallow fry till it turns golden brown.
- Remove from pan or wok and keep in kitchen absorbent paper. Garnish with Tomato slice and Serve with Sauce/ Chutney.
