BEANS THORAN

Ingredients

250 gm Beans finely Chopped
1/2 coconut grated
1/2 Onion finely chopped
2 Green chilli chopped
Curry Leaves
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Salt
Oil
    



Method

  • Heat the oil add mustard seed when its start splutter add chopped onion, green chilli and curry leaves. Saute it for few minutes or till onion turn transparent.
  • Add chopped beans salt and cover it with lid and cook till it turn soft.
  • Add little water ( approx 2-3 tbsp) so that it can't stick in surface.
  • Mix grated coconut in it and cook for 10 minutes.
