Method
- Make paste with coconut, chilly powder, turmeric powder and 1/2 of a raw mango and tomato.
- Wash the fish and marinate with salt and turmeric powder.
- Add little water in the coconut mixture and boil it along with the fish.
- Put remaining raw mango slices, salt and half of curry leaves.Cook for 15 min.Check the salt.
- Heat little coconut oil and put remaining curry leaves and temper it with the fish.
