RICE AND VEGETABLE DOSA

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Steamed Rice
3/4 cup buttermilk (approx.)
4 tbsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp grated cabbage
2 tbsp grated carrot
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 green chilli, chopped
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method
  • Mix all the ingredients except the oil. If the mixture is thick, add a little extra buttermilk.
  • Heat a non-stick tava and spread a little mixture on it while spreading a little oil on the side. Turn it over and cook on the other side. Repeat for the remaining mixture.
