Ingredients:
Onion - 1
Carrot - 1
Tomatoes - 2
Cucumber - 1 small
Green Chilly - 1
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Lemon - 2 small
Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash, scrape and cut the vegetables into small pieces.
- Add the salt,squeeze the lemon juice.
- Add the cut green chilly.
- Garnish with cut pieces of coriander leaves.
- Mix everything nicely. Chill and serve.
