Ingredients :
For Rice:
1 cup Basmati Rice
2 Big Onion chopped
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Green chilly paste
2 tsp Biryani masala
1/2 cup curd
1/2 cup mint leaves chopped
1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped
Rose water
2 tbsp Saffron water
Ghee
Salt
For Egg:
4 Egg
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp lemon juice
Whole Garam masala
4 Green cardamom
5-6 Cloves
1 tsp Fennel seeds
2 star anise
2" Cinnamon
2 Bay leaves
For Garnishing ;
Fried onion ( Made by 1 big Onion)

Method:
- Wash and soak Rice for 1/2 hours.
- Make cuts on egg white. Heat a pan put oil/ ghee add egg, pepper powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and garam masala fry it for 5 minutes in low flame.
- In another pan heat ghee add whole spices and chopped onions fry till translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, mint leaves, coriander leaves Biryani masala lemon juice and curd mix well.
- Add soaked rice in it and fry for 5 minutes. Now add boiled water in it and salt and let it be boil.
- When the air holes appear on the rice surface, reduce the heat. cook untill all water absorbed.
- Add cooked egg into the rice. Sprinkle fried onion, cashew nut, raisins and coriander leaves, sprinkle some rose water and saffron water.
- Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve with Raita or Papad.
